What is Trillium Birth Services ?

Trillium Birth Services is a comprehensive midwifery practice that provides homebirth services, fertility services for women trying to conceive, labor support services for women planning hospital births, and classes for aspiring and practicing midwives. What's new at Trillium?

New Staff!

We are happy to welcome Cynthia Jackson to Trillium. Cynthia will be working with us as an apprentice midwife, attending births starting in the fall of 2011. She operates her own Detroit-area doula practice, Sacred Rose Birthing Services.

Trillium Collective

The Trillium Collective is a cooperative effort between local childbirth educators, midwives, doulas, breastfeeding couselors, and other workers to create a community center around birth and parenting for the Ypsilanti area. We plan to offer birth and parenting classes and groups, classes for midwives, support groups for parents, massage therapy, and many other services. We are also helping to host Ypsilanti's only La Leche League group. For more information, click on the link on the header and visit the Trillium Collective Page.

Trillium on Facebook!

Want to stay in touch after your baby is born? Stacia is on facebook and loves to stay connected with Trillium clients and watch the babies grow. Occasionally, we will post articles or calls to action that are of interest to homebirthing families as well. See you there!
